I'm not sure where I saw that. Maybe someone here has seen some reference to the numbers.  

I think of fabless semiconductor companies as similar to software. The first unit costs $10M, but the subsequent copies are cheap. POET has a bunch of products now, and it was a journey in capital and time, but the platform is now cheap on a per-unit basis. Here we are, with no debt and room to run.
