Yes but if the intent was to light a fire and I believe it did, was the end game to take advantage of a declining share price by the same investor once the market determined there would be no news Friday to support such a move.  On the other hand there is a rumour about Intel cosying up to Poet's technology and maybe that was a bit premature in light of the last two days trading.
