I exercised my warrants early so that I could be nimble with the stock in case of a noteworthy event. It takes almost three weeks from the time you go to the bank have the bank fill out all the necessary papers to send to Kevin Barnes, then kevin waits for the bank draft to clear, I don't know why because a bank draft is cash. Following that Kevin sends the stock to your broker so it appears in your account. It is time consuming , why not convert the warrants to stock to be fully in control?
