Your reasoning is sound, but I think Suresh knows what he has made and knows how much it is worth.
Suresh is 51, relatively young these days and certainly able/willing(?) to work for 15+/- more years. Mika can retire tomorrow and the shareprice would likely rise.
So the only question is whether the company is for sale, and if so, how much?
I'm not advocating for a buyout, I just think it's a possibility, and hope that SV stands his ground with what he has spent the last ~10 years building.
