I have to admit that I am very surprised by this very intensive discussion about a takeover. 

Is there currently an offer? - no 

Is there anything I can currently do to help or prevent POET from being taken over? - no

As a small investor, can I do anything about it if an offer comes in? - no 

Please understand me correctly. It's important to exchange ideas about these topics here, but the emotionality of them surprises me a bit. 

At the end of the day, we all want to get rich with POET. For my part, I just don't want to have to go to work anymore. Of course, I don't know yet whether that will happen. But since 2008 I've been telling everyone who wants to listen (and some who don't) about POET. Some people got in and are now excited. But whether and here the big coup succeeds... I hope so.
