There has been no news in the last couple of weeks, but plenty of news preceeding that should've propelled the company much higher, namely the Foxconn collaboration in May and the AI award in June....so perhaps this is a delayed reaction.

I'd be surprised if anyone thought we were going back to $3 (I assume you are using US$) but anything is possible.

The stock has not been above $5US for some time now, you'd need to go back further to find when. The $5US is just chatter about when institutions feel comfortable to buy, there is no real significance to the number.
