There was no "normal business" reason to conduct an offering here, now, we have enough cash until the of next year at current burn rates, without factoring in some revenue as well.  It's very intriguing why now, so many possibilities?

Also, so coincidentally how the share price sits there for two days. Guess it can run again next week....
