Greetings folks, first time Agora poster here. I love all the POET content this lovely forum puts out. Anywho, not relevant to this discussion specifically.

It looks like the direct offering on the 19th was with MMCAP, which I believe is a Canadian investment firm. Do you have other information suggesting that a US firm may be involved?
