It may be that MMCAP prefers to hold POET shares due to their larger trading liquidity.

What I like about this issue is that we now see that Poet has a backup source of liquidty, for a price, and that the CEO or CFO have demonstrated that they understand that its just not good business to not have sufficient cash on hand.  This takes away a great deal of risk, and we can look forward to future sales growth more confidently.
