Interesting that, despite the fact that no agent was involved in latest money raise from MMCap for gross US$10 million, the company states that Nett proceeds will be $9.8 million, which company claims is for "expenses".
US$200,000 for expenses seems high if it is a 'registered direct offering' - although of course 2% is certainly better than paying an agent's fee of 5% or more.
Does anybody have any idea on actual "expenses" that are normally charged in such an offering ?
Suppose lawyers' fees are part of it...but this would be the second deal with MMCAP so it would be a repeat of previous deal except for price, dates etc... but surely not US $200K .
Hoping for some news that will take the price above US5.00 so major institutions can get involved.
