Fibonacci plus cup and handle?

I'm grasping at straws explaining the now almost 32% drop in a week on Nasdaq from $4.02 to $2.74 I just don't understand, anyone have experience with the technical Fibonacci and cup and handle ? It looked perfect cup and handle I just can't believe
