Do they have to file a 13F with every purchase? Or can they make a small buy, file the 13F and then delay the disclosure of more shares they pick up subsequently? It seems intrusive to have to file a 13F in near realtime.

Of course, we want to know everything all of the time, but I can see the other POV.
