Two positives to SP sales/revenues for PTK, apart from us booking them.  One, we get closer to SP finally going public and trading on the Chinese market.  Two, they will take a bigger stake of the company, as we've been anticipating for years now.  They can book the revenues, but it will help our bottomline as well short term.
