Kath: I imagine it's possible Poet could get bought out.

Ultimately, it depends on the approval of the shareholders. And that ultimately depends on what is more favorable for the shareholders – or rather, what the shareholders believe is more favorable for them. And of course, each shareholder may have their own individual point of view.
