14 year shareholder, share buyback?

Seeing $0.345 share price close pre RS today in August 2024 with all POET has going on is really tough, especially after buying more literally weeks ago much higher.

I just can't explain what is happening with the drop, over $40,000,000 in the bank while AI booms and markets rip to new highs.

With the recent raise at much higher levels is it too much to ask to buy back shares every day it's below this raise price with all the money in the bank to help create shareholder value?
