Thanks for the response, RJ, but I'd like to know what POET has reported about the terms of their agreement with the JV.

"roughly 50", coming from a poster on the forum, is not the validation I was hoping so done might share.

Wouldn't POET be legally obligated to disclose these terms as a public company?
