I wonder what Sanan's percentage interest is currently. They had to put up all their $25 million capital contribution in order to earn 53%.  

Last I remember, they were quite a ways off, but with indications that they were in the process of contributing more cash as they ramped up for production. By now, they must have contributed quite a bit more and hopefully nearing or maybe achieving their targeted maximimum required contribution.
