It doesn't seem logical to me that this Publicity and Confidentiality clause in the JV agreement would apply to revenue or profit sharing. This is a public company. We are shareholders. Admittedly, I am not an expert on the matter, but my experience in business throughout my career leads me to believe that revenue and terms for profit sharing for a public company should be public information.
It just makes sense. Why would I invest in a company if I didn't know how profits are recognized. (Oops. I guess I've done it)
