Thanks for your thoughts Baba...seems they knew what they had 4 years ago.

I'm not surprised there was a lot of non-disclosure language....we've experienced it in real time.

I wouldn't expect much from SPX $-wise until they're in production and earning revenues, which is now apparently, but still not sure what the reporting requirements, if any, are.

The payday comes when POET gets its' share of the IPO, which has been suggested.
