Exciting news as we strengthen our position in the rapidly evolving AI-driven optics market! FIT has acquired a 70% stake in China Cloud Electro Optics Technology Co. Ltd (Ccloud) for RMB 220 million. This strategic move will fast-track our development of cutting-edge optics products, including 800G and 1.6T solutions, leveraging silicon photonics technology.

As AI data centers drive demand for high-speed optics, FIT and Ccloud's collaboration brings together world-class R&D and production capabilities, enabling us to meet the growing needs of our international customer base. We’re proud to be at the forefront of innovation, continuing to push boundaries with our 800G+ multi-mode and single-mode optics products stated for release later this year.
