ITTR: It's not small retail that will propel POET. It will be institutions and then whoever buys POET out.

I agree that it will be the institutions. 

CAI's Photonic Fabric is enabled by POET.  (several years of collaboration and continuing)

CAI's "Big Four" hyperscaler are CAI customers.

If it is accepted that POET competition is virtually non-existent then it means POET has a virtual monopoly on producing superior OEs for any application that requies a light source. The "Big Four" will not be allowing a buyout attempt by anyone including one of themselves.   

For the small retail that are hoping for a buyout or fearing one, respond with a legitimate scenario.
