No I don't believe it would require a new agreement. Think of it as a capital call. In order to maintain X % ownership, you need to put up cash. SEDAR filings reference the current SPX facility as "temporary" and we both know that 5,000 square feet isn't enough space for the volumes being projected. In order to not get squeezed out of SPX, POET may need to contribute cash above and beyond the IP contribution. Yes, POET needs a second manufacturing center outside of China territory for future customers, but almost every single customer today legally falls under the SPX umbrella.
