So, 5.2 defines the terms for sales by SPX, but it doesn't define revenue sharing based on those sales.

In 5.3, it states that SPX must procure the OE from POET, so, to me, this means that POET should be receiving revenue from SPX for each module sold.

So, where's the revenue?

If all revenue up to X dollars goes to spx, what is that dollar amount and to what extent has this been "paid down"?

Who on this board has a relationship with POET execs and could respectfully obtain an answer to these questions (and others)?
