This idea that we've been waiting a decade, and the communication needs to improve, deserves some discussion. Yes, the company could do a better job of communicating, but I think what is going on in the background prevents a lot of it, and it kinda speaks for itself.

The timeline should only be counted from when Suresh came on the scene, and focused the company on the interposer technology. It has been about 7 years I think, so it's not that different, however, it is a short amount of time to get to where they have gotten.

They invented a new way of doing things, that allows photonics to scale. This has attracted Celestial AI, Foxconn and Luxshare, Sanan/SPX JV, plus a slew of mid-tier companies (Adva, Arista?, Multilane, etc.) and a SHINE Institute membership. Add a number of awards, and high cred speaking invites for Suresh.

It is clear that a network of companies is forming to deliver a serious revolution to serve the burgeoning AI industry and the other telecom and IoT players. Any major penetration of those markets will satisfy most POET stockholders.

In my mind, it is so grand and covered up with so many NDAs and understandings that POET's spokespeople are unable to say much.

We are left to connect the dots. It's not familiar territory because it doesn't happen this way except once every few decades. I struggle to think of an example. Maybe Qualcomm, Micron, but even those fall short of what I think is happening here.
