I am with Sparta on this one.   

If one really understands the magnitude of the POET platform, one would not be speaking of cheap buyouts by hostile entities or potentially unfriendly ones. 

I see more partnerships being added to the current ones. I expect no buyout attempts that would negatively impact any of them. 

A possibility is a friendly merger between CAI and POET. It would require acceptance by the SEC and semiconductor industry at large for anything that is related to antitrust laws.
