I remember an image of the tomahawk (Broadcom)  that had 16 small chips/interposer that were configured around the outside in pairs of 2 / 4 on each side.  Someone had said they measured  them and they were the same size as the interposer?  I have a screen shot but cannot insert here?  Anyone remember this?
