They were already in Singapore, they might simply be expanding their current location at 21 Changi N Way, Singapore.

Also, I’m not sure I see the difference between what they presented at OFC (link) and what they are showcasing at CIOE (link). Am I missing something? It’s great to be optimistic, but sometimes it only leads to disappointment. I thought we would hear about a new high-speed module they would be demonstrating/showing off (link).
