POET fabricates BOTH the OEs and WaveLight modules in Singapore.

For the Chinese hyperscalers: (Alibaba, Tencent, Huawei, and Baidu)

POET sells OEs to Luxshare who builds the modules with SPX fabricating the OEs for a service fee.
