PE: It seems the 'ownership' of 800G optical engines is still TBD and that POET has not yet decided to grant SPX those rights. POET management must do everything in its power to not allow SPX the rights to 800G engines. 

There is no need to alarmed. There is no risk exposure to POET's technology. It has to be about granting  rights to the fabrication of 800G+ OEs for Chinese module manufacturers. There is no reason to be against this. The SPX business model is fabricating and selling OEs. Sanan IC put in a lot of money with great expectations of making a success of it.   

Consider that most of the OEs in the world are fabricated in China. There is an increasing adoption rate of  POET's superior OEs. The Chinese module makers will be competing against each other. Adopt to adapt.
