What can Suresh do with $250,000,000?

It's not enough to build or buy a foundry to make wafers. It seems like it is enough to set up an SPX type of operation to process the wafers. There is also some talk here of buying a laser maker. A module making operation would seem to fit into this budget.

Possibly all of the above, with verticals carved out to leave Luxshare, FIT and some others to their chosen lanes.

Any other ideas?
