I'm not who you should be getting information from but, suffice to say, POET will not be utilizing anywhere near that 1/4 billion dollar potential at once. It's piecemeal, if at all. And you should be glad. The dilution would deluge your holdings. More than the reverse split and poor uplisting timing has done (if you were there for that).
