What most people  do not appreciate is just how methodical Suresh is in discovering new approaches/devices that dovetail into the POET platform. Expanding and improving those capabilities for new applications. It is his nature to continue exploring options to determine the level of benefit each provides. In doing so he is increasing his lead on industry norms by (a) assessing the feasibility of such an integration and (b) to assess whether such a technology can provide any significant improvement or benefits to what we currently do.  

His past precedes him as Senior Vice President, Technology Development at GLOBALFOUNDRIES He was responsible for the company’s Technology Research and Development.
