Your last sentence is what keeps me all in.
Last December when they were trying to raise cash they told regulators via SEDAR they were primarily and R and D company with little revenue. Six month later in early June they told regulators they could not envisage a likely scenario for the share price to rise sufficiently to get their then priced options in the money.
That was a quarter ago and lots of development has occurred since and me thinks they are now in a safe space vis a vis regulators to finally move the needle on share price with more good stuff starting in early Q4 just a few weeks from now. Fingers crossed
