The correction is four Starlights are required -  a TX/RX pair at both ends providing bilateral OIO.

The correction is based on recollecting Lisa Thompson, ZACKs report of April 10, 2023: "Each accelerator Celestial AI sells has four POET chips. At $200 per chip, Celestial could represent $800 million in potential revenues by itself."
