This makes absolutely no sense!! They sold shares at 3.75 US with warrants at 5 US? Why didn't they just use the ATM with the volume we seen last few days?? Could have easily got that 15 million sold at 4.50 US with no warrants at all!! This sale better of been to a big tech person that can help us market the company and not just one of Mika's buddies!! Why not use the ATM with the volume we seen last few days can anybody explain??
