If it was Cathy wood that wanted in and poet is allowed to disclose that... it makes sense but using a PP vs an ATM with the volumes over the last 3 days makes no sense to shareholders. Maybe they did both and have enough money to fully fund a manufacturing site by themselves now and don't need a joint venture partner...
