Good call Mironclaw. Thankfully the TickerSymbol:You followers were there to soak up the shares that MMCAP needed to sell to stay under 9.99% and bring us to higher levels.  And they were able to do it twice now.  I would like to see an increase in Institutional holding because it appears the recent moves were sending shares back to retail at the same rate that MMCAP picked up.
