Thanks nodrog, that tells us a bit more about the MMCAP relationship.  In early May we knew that MMCAP held 9.99%( just under 6 million shares at the time).  They received 3.33 million shares in July and they are picking up another 4 million shares now.  If they are still under 9.99% they are already taking their profit and holding a bag of warrants to enjoy later.
