Correction: Also I would expect to see POET move towards 12 inch wafers when the opportunity presents itself further increasing economies of scale.
200mm = 8 inch wafer. 467 6mm x 9mm POET optical engine fit on a 8 inch wafer
300mm = 12 inch wafer. 1122 6mm x 9mm POET optical engine fit on a 12 inch wafer.
