I think they made the right decision with the placement for $15 milion. The market is proving it thinks the same thing. They needed the money in a rush. Try selling 4 million shares in the open market in a rush with the ATM and see what that does. Sure we have good volume but much of that is shares bought and sold by the same parties over and over. Not at all like putting 4 million on the sell side until its sold. 

That's the way I see it and am glad they took that route. Going to be much demand on Poet to produce products whatever way possible to satisfy the demand that's coming in the very near future. You can never have too much cash on hand for a market like this. mho!
