Some do, some don't. Depends on who is writing what at any given time.

Seeking Alpha is no different to Agoracom or any other social media platform frequented by investors. People post their opinions there. Some of it is stock promotion. Some of it is manipulative. Some of it is legitimate.

Discerning which is which is ... well, part of the problem.
