Assuming their July 2024 Investor presentation was being honest, yes we should being expecting POET Starlight revenues by the end of 2024. 

I think management gave themselves some wiggle room with the word expecting (if you want to be technical, they said expected). 

I'm a newcomer to POET, but based upon POET's past history I don't think the market cares about what POET expects, only what actually happens. Still, this time might actually be different.
