B&C  You may have a better grasp on the SPX relationship than myself, Please explain "POET buying OEs for sampling".

Expecting no response, POET is not buying OEs from Sanan IC nor from themselves. 

How about the following: POET pays Sanan IC for the OE fabrication. The customers pay POET for the OE samples which includes POET's cost for the Sanan IC  contract work. 

There has to be a fair number of product samples in the hands of customers for final evaluation prior to revealing the actual purchase order amounts which could be tremendous or not.
