Message: Investor Value Say what? Say when?

It would seem that the majority of POET investors are looking forward "soon" to information being released about significant sales numbers and to an associated increase in the Share Price of POET.

Many different factors have come together to finally reach a true expectation of this future event vs much of the Pom Pom shaking of previous years that ended in something or someone popping the balloon.  This time seems "different".  It smells different.

I have only one request from Suresh, POET management and the POET Board of Directors:

Keep your past promise of INVESTOR VALUE this time.

Do not use a soon future spike UP in the Share Price as anothe perceived invitation on your part to once again DILUTE the shares, either by awarding yourselves more warrants and/or direct shares OR by interpreting the expected Share Price rise as a signal to once again DILUTE the shares of retail investors who responded over the last 10 to 15 years to your previous requests to put more money into the "pot" and buy more POET shares before you again and again diluted them.

I am not questioning the perceived vs real need to instrument such dilutions, whether the justification for such was to keep the very talented engineering and scientific staff and esecutives loyalty to POET intact or to finance the continued progress of the company "Upward and to the RIght", more correctly toward a position where it can ramp up to the anticipated HUGE orders for POET OI products to propel the company into a healthy dose of Black Ink.

Ecclesiastes Chapter 3 has an application here:

There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:

a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.

Suresh, POET Executives and the POET BoD:

Now is the "TIME" for you to keep your commitment to POET retail investors:  "Investor Value"

No more dilutions.
