Just IMHO, the recent capital raises combined with the strong increase of instituional ownership gives the takeover possibility some more fantasy.

To me, there are 2 scenarios:

Scenario 1: Takeover likely - diluting sharecount, enabling the takeover company gaining % in the company, because shares on the market are scarce and/or in tight hands and price would surge strongly when buying on the open market

Scenario 2: management cares about us, and made sure that the instituional investors are complete separate entities, assuring that a takeover will not happen and have us protected against a takeover

I hope for the latter, but I fear the first scenario...
