Excellent thoughts. I think youve nailed it. 

As i recall (but not that well), wasnt there a recent bit of info discussing the hidden potential involvement by certain anonymous entitites in the financings of late? Im confused about what i just wrote :)  but perhaps it refreshes someones mind.
