I mentioned a welcome mat for a tech company cap table buy in previosly. That is what I think this is. It could be normal profit taking, but it seems managed, along with the lack of company news, other than that underwhelming Zack's report. 

Big, rich companies with a need for POET would want to buy in a trough, not at a peak. Peaks are for retail.
