The Mitsu-POET relationship provides the first doable option for a +1.

A simple plan: 

Every OE destined for China market is fabricated via the JV or Sanan IC. 

Every OE for +1 is fabricated by Mitsubshi for 1.6T and 3.2T modules destined for everywhere.
