I didn't see anything about revenue, just that they must have some committed customers, to get that big of a raise. The CEO is quiet about who is buying. It is larger raise than CAI raised in 3 rounds. CAI's Dave L says the customers are paying for customized integration of the CAI solution into their "sockets" and he names all the bigs.

CAI and Lightmatter seem to have the largest fundraising rounds, according to this article:

Of course, Cisco, Broadcomm, NVIDIA, Foxconn, Luxshare, Mitsubishi are not startups and can throw money at solutions and small innovators like POET to make relevant products.

Alphabet's venture fund was the leader of Lightmatter's first round. That is promising for them, but Alphabet also had money on kites for generating power, robots, and all kinds of stuff that has been sold off or failed.

A few hundred billion $ to equip AI data centers is up for grabs. There will be multiple solutions and some losers as things shake out. Hopefully POET will find lasting usefulness in many of them.
