The share count was updated on October 14, 2024. You can see it here.

You can also click on the checkbox "Show Market Cap based on date range selected below" to choose a specific date range. If we exclude the 4M shares from the private placement, the share count has increased by 791,241 since August 15, 2024, and by 304,861 since the date of the placement.
